Warranty Policy

Your peace of mind is our priority.

1. Warranty Coverage

Kaleila Battery provides a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will, at our option:

  • Repair the product at no charge in our local repair shop. Buyer covers the shipping cost and we cover the return shipping cost.
  • Exchange the product with a new or refurbished one that is functionally equivalent.

2. What is Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Water Damage: Submersion in water or exposure to heavy rain without proper protection.
  • Improper Charging: Using a charger not approved by Kaleila or charging with incorrect voltage/polarity.
  • Modifications: Opening the battery case, modifying the BMS, or changing connectors without authorization.
  • Accidents: Physical damage caused by drops, crashes, or punctures.

3. How to Make a Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team at b2c@m5power.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Photos or videos showing the defect and the battery serial number.
